Started with just a frame a canadian import...
The first mock up just to see what i wanted from it...
Here you can see the lower shock mount and centrestand mount, to be removed...
Below you can see i have removed the mounts...
And here you can see i have removed the crap off the subby...
Oops looks like i got a little carried away here...
Now the first time she went on her wheels, i have some idea of the line i want now...
Just another angle, you get a better idea of the look from this shot...
The bottom of the petrol tank had a slight leak...
So as you can see here i removed the bottom of the tank, and in doing so i will be able to clean the tank out before it has a new bottom fitted...
You can see how bad the inside bottom of the tank was here...
And the petrol tap mount was removed to use as a template for a new one...
Cleaned up ready to make a new one and fit it to the new tank bottom...
Next came the cleaning of the petrol tap...
Just needs a little buff up now...
I used a very soft brass wire brush on the dremmel to polish it up...
